KSV Winzeln Suffers First Defeat in Oberliga Derby against AB Aichhalden

The match saw victories for both sides across freestyle and Greco-Roman disciplines. Philipp Ganter (57kg, freestyle) secured a dominant 16-4 technical superiority win over dumitru Florea, showcasing a series of “spins.” Andreas Trost (130kg, Greco-Roman) also delivered a decisive victory for KSV, achieving technical superiority against Raphael bleicher with a score of 18-2.
However, AB Aichhalden responded with wins from Maxim Mamulat over Gregor Flaig (61kg, Greco-Roman), Roman Balchivschii against Leon Liedgens (98kg, freestyle) by a 3-15 score in the second round, and Ion Bulgaru, who secured a shoulder victory against Lars Reiter (66kg, freestyle) with an 11-0 lead. This gave AB Aichhalden a 12-7 lead at the break.
KSV Winzeln fought back in the second half, with Semion Brekkeli (86kg, Greco-Roman) earning a shoulder victory over mairbek erznukaev after leading 18-2. Nick Wernz (71kg, Greco-Roman) then equalized the score at 12-12 with a 3-1 win against Louis Kopp, igniting the home crowd.

The final bout resolute the outcome, with Lorenz Brüstle from AB Aichhalden defeating Adrian Heim (75kg, Greco-Roman) 11-2, securing the 18-13 win for the visitors.
