Athena real Estate Expands Portfolio wiht Acquisition of Skyway Camping Resort in New York’s Catskills
SKYWAY, N.Y. – Athena Real Estate, through its outdoor hospitality division Applebrook RV Parks & Resorts, has acquired Skyway Camping Resort in the Catskills region of New York. The purchase marks the 14th acquisition for Applebrook.
Skyway Camping resort features 168 sites accommodating RVs, tents, and rental units.The resort is strategically located within reach of major metropolitan areas including New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
The resort boasts a heated pool, lodge, fitness room, and a variety of sports courts - tennis, bocce ball, handball, basketball, baseball, and shuffleboard – alongside a game room, playground, stocked fishing pond, and a full activity calendar. Nearby attractions include Bethel Woods Centre for the Arts, Minnewaska State Park, Resort World Catskills Casino, local wineries, breweries, and farm stands. The resort is approximately two hours from New York City.
