Authorities are continuing their examination to determine the full scope of the theft and any potential connections to other crimes.
“The CHP maintains an active role in fighting cargo and retail theft across our grate State,” stated CHP Southern Division Chief chris Margaris. “we collaborate with allied agencies nationwide, and we will employ all our available resources to ensure the integrity and safety of our state’s transportation system, commerce, and consumers. Cargo theft, retail theft, and crime in general will not be tolerated in California.”
