Paris Forum to Connect Young People with Disabilities to Job & internship Opportunities
PARIS – A major employment forum aimed at connecting young people with disabilities to career pathways will take place November 14th in Paris. The 14th edition of the CIDJ Disability Employment Forum will bring together over 30 partners, including 18 companies, offering a wide range of job and internship opportunities.
This annual event addresses a critical need for inclusive employment, specifically targeting individuals aged 16 to 30. Supported by the Atouts pour tous convention, the forum provides a unique platform for pupils, students, young professionals, and job seekers with disabilities to directly engage with potential employers and support organizations. The event aims to facilitate access to positions ranging from CAP-level qualifications to Bac+5 degrees across numerous sectors.
The forum will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the town hall of the 15th arrondissement in Paris, with entrance via the meeting rooms on rue Blomet, at the corner of 31 rue Péclet. Attendees will have access to a dedicated recruitment area featuring both mainstream and adapted companies, and also an integration space hosting associations, guidance services, and advisors from networks like Atouts pour tous Ile-de-France, Agefiph, Cheops/Cap emploi/France Travail, and the ARML (Missions Locales Ile-de-France).
Additional partners include the Île-de-France Academies, Ile-de-France Handisport Regional Committee, CAPSAAA Handisport, MDPH 75, CIDJ, Arpejeh, ESRP Masson Timbaud, Afuté training center, and FCPE 75.
