Adam Levine and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, have sold their Montecito, California, home for $60 million, according to property records. The sale marks one of the highest residential transactions in Santa Barbara County this year.
The couple, who share three children – daughters Dusty Rose, 9, and Gio Grace, 7, and a 2-year-old son whose name has not been publicly released – purchased the property in 2018 for $33 million. The offload comes as the Maroon 5 frontman and model continue to expand their real estate portfolio, and reflects the ongoing demand for luxury properties in the exclusive Montecito area. Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency and Robert Riskin of Riskin Partners Estate Group of Village Properties held the listing.Neither agent offered comment when contacted.
