The singer and businessman described a pattern of withdrawing to avoid perceived judgment from his family, a dynamic that contributed to the breakdown of the relationship.
Albeiro explained he feared being seen as a disappointment to his wife and son, leading him to conceal his struggles and ultimately distance himself from his home life. “One does not want to be that disappointment, or with his wife, or with his son, and in that hiding reality, that he does not do it for evil, sometimes he sins, because sometimes one feels that and if I start telling him, this will tell me: ‘Oh, but why he got that.’ One feels: ‘They are going to judge me, the song will come,’ so I walked away from the house,” he said. He and his now-ex-wife eventually recognized their diverging paths and mutually decided to end the marriage.
Currently in a relationship with isabel brazón, Albeiro expressed gratitude for his ex-wife’s role in his career and life.
