Peru Judo: Two Athletes Summoned to National Team for International Tournaments

Yamashita Club Judokas Selected for‍ National Team,Competing in⁣ Multiple International Tournaments

The yamashita Judo ⁤Club is celebrating the​ selection of two‍ of its ‍athletes,Luciana ⁣Julca Preciado ‍and Angie‍ Estrada callan,to the Peruvian National Judo Team. The declaration was made by Professor Giankarlo Leyton, who has‍ also been summoned to join the ⁣national ⁢team’s technical staff.

Julca Preciado, a seasoned competitor with a strong record in both national and international tournaments, will represent peru in three upcoming ⁤events. she will first compete in ‌the Junior ​World Championship, hosted in Peru from October 3rd‌ to 9th,⁤ in the 57kg category. Following ⁢this, she ⁣will participate in the Grand Prix tournament, also held in Peru from October​ 10th to 13th, again in ​the 57kg division.‌ Julca⁣ Preciado ⁤will compete in the Senior​ Pan american Open ‌in Lima,‍ October ⁣13th-15th.

Estrada Callan, a rising star within the ‌Yamashita Club, has been selected ‌to compete in the⁣ Junior World Championship (October 3rd-9th) in the‍ 52kg category.

“It is a⁣ huge pride⁣ to have two of our great warriors summoned to⁣ the ‍National Judo Team of Peru,” said Professor Leyton. “Their selection is ⁤a testament to⁣ their talent, ⁣dedication, and hard work.”

Leyton emphasized that the ⁣athletes’ success reflects‍ the discipline, consistency, and passion for ⁤judo⁤ fostered within​ the Yamashita family. He ⁣expressed confidence that both Judokas will proudly represent Peru and inspire future generations of athletes.
