Buttock Bites Scandal: Vincent Cerutti Trial and Allegations of Sexual Assault

Presenter vincent Cerutti to Face Court Over Allegations of Assault

Vincent Cerutti, a former radio presenter, is scheduled to appear in⁣ court on ⁤December 9th to address allegations of assault made by‌ former collaborators. The case centers around claims of repeated, unwanted biting of female‌ colleagues’ buttocks.

According to ‌statements ⁤given to investigators,Caroline Barel alleges that Cerutti first bit her buttocks through her clothing in 2015,without warning. She claims the‌ incident was repeated weeks later during a group photo shoot in front of witnesses. barel testified before the⁣ National Assembly Committee of Inquiry on ‌violence committed in the cinema, audiovisual, live, fashion and advertising sectors, stating her cry of pain during ⁢one incident‍ alerted a hostess on a⁢ floor above.

Multiple former collaborators have corroborated the‌ claims⁢ of Cerutti’s biting behavior to Le Parisien. The allegations surfaced following cerutti’s departure from his ‍morning show⁤ on M Radio, a⁤ position he held⁣ since 2020.

While Cerutti⁢ does not deny the incidents occurred, his legal team maintains‌ the ⁤actions were not sexually motivated. His new lawyer, Antoine Vey, stated Cerutti ‌”awaits this audience with a‌ certain relief,” viewing it as an opportunity to present evidence demonstrating the behavior was ⁢not sexual or humiliating.

Vey argues the actions took place within a team atmosphere where all members participated and‍ did not initially raise concerns. He further contends that characterizing the behavior⁢ as criminal is a misrepresentation, ‍and expresses concern over what he ⁤describes⁣ as a “media lynching” of his client. He hopes the court hearing will provide a more balanced assessment of the facts.
