MONTEVALLO, Ala.- Montevallo Men’s Basketball Head Coach Anthony Komara has released the Falcons’ 2025-26 schedule, featuring a mix of non-conference and Gulf South Conference matchups.
The season begins November 14 with a game against Barry in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, as part of the Gulf south Conference/Sunshine State Conference Crossover. Montevallo will then face host Nova Southeastern on November 15. A November 22 contest at Georgia Southwestern precedes the Falcons’ home opener against Fisk University on November 24, followed by a November 26 game versus Spring Hill.
GSC play commences in December with road games at Lee on December 4 and Trevecca Nazarene on December 6. Montevallo will host Delta state on december 11 and Mississippi Collage on December 13 before returning to the road for games at Christian Brothers (December 18) and Union (December 20). The Falcons conclude the 2025 calendar year with a home game against Point on December 31.
The new year starts with three consecutive home games: January 4 against auburn Montgomery, January 8 versus Alabama Huntsville, and January 10 against West Alabama. Road games at Valdosta State (January 15) and West Florida (January 17) follow. Trevecca Nazarene and Lee will then visit Montevallo on January 22 and 24, respectively. January concludes with a road trip to Mississippi College (January 29) and Delta State (January 31).
February opens with a home game against Union on February 5, followed by a contest against Christian Brothers on February 7.A three-game road trip includes games at AUM (February 14), West Alabama (February 19), and UAH (February 21). The Falcons return home to face West Florida on February 25 and close the regular season against Valdosta State on February 27.
The 2026 Gulf South Conference Tournament will begin March 2, with quarterfinal games hosted by the higher seeds. The semifinals are scheduled for March 5, and the championship game will be played on March 8, also hosted by the higher seed.
