Loewe 2024 Financial Results: Growth Slows, New Creative Directors

Loewe ⁤Reports 9.17% Revenue Growth in‍ Final Year Under Jonathan⁢ Anderson,⁢ Announces proenza Schouler Founders as New Creative directors

Madrid, Spain ‍- Luxury fashion house Loewe announced today a 9.17% increase in revenue for 2024, reaching €885.2 million, marking⁣ the final year of creative direction ​under jonathan Anderson.while sales rose, net profit contracted by 24.26% to‌ €157 million, according to a company statement. The growth follows a significant +62.59% increase in net benefits,up to €127.5 million,with projected⁢ continued positive growth of +23.14% anticipated for the end of 2024.

Loewe’s physical retail business remained it’s primary revenue driver, generating €866.7 million in sales – a 9.8% ​increase.This was‍ supplemented by €129 million in wholesale revenue, €21.3 million in online sales,adn €18.5 million‌ in dividends from participating companies‌ including loewe Manufactures‌ (€8.3 million), Loewe Italy (€1.4 million),Loewe Hermanos (€8 million),and loewe Australia ⁣(€0.74 ⁤million).

Geographically, the‌ EMEA region led ⁣sales with⁤ €246.8 million (+18.7%), followed by Asia (€193 million, -13.8%) ⁣and Japan (€172.9 million, +27.6%). Notably, the United States‍ experienced substantial‌ growth, with sales​ surging 31.2%‍ to​ €85 million,⁢ highlighting the firm’s potential in ‍the US market.

The proclamation coincides with the ⁢formalized departure of⁢ Jonathan Anderson,effective March 17,2025,as he transitions to Dior. Loewe‌ has appointed Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez,founders of Proenza Schouler,as its new⁤ creative directors. The⁢ duo will debut their first collection for Loewe during Paris Fashion Week, signaling a new chapter for the Spanish luxury brand.
