Jasikevičius Family Celebrates Mother’s 60th Birthday and Daughter’s Recent Achievements
The family of basketball coach Šarūnas Jasikevičius and Anna Douka recently marked a double celebration, honoring Anna’s 60th birthday and the equestrian successes of their daughter, Aila.
Anna Douka shared family moments from her anniversary on Instagram, posting a photo of the entire family alongside images of a birthday cake and her blowing out candles. “Happy birthday,Mom! With 60th! We love you so much,” she wrote.
The celebrations follow closely on the heels of Aila Jasikevičienė’s 15th birthday, commemorated by her mother with childhood photos and recent selfies, accompanied by the caption, “And just like that. You’re 15th. Happy birthday, my beauty.”
Aila, following in her parents’ active lifestyle, is a dedicated equestrian competitor. In September, she excelled at the Istanbul Atlantis Kulübü competition, winning three awards across different categories with two horses. Anna Douka expressed her pride online, stating, “What a weekend! I’m so proud of my little girl! Raining competitions with two different horses … In different categories and finished with 3 awards!
