A multi-car accident near Stavn in Flå caused notable disruption too traffic on Highway 7 Sunday morning. Initial reports suggested potentially serious injuries, but authorities have since clarified the situation. As of 13:45 CEST on September 28, 2025, one person has been transported to a hospital for treatment, while others involved did not require medical attention.
The incident, involving three vehicles, occurred just before noon. Police indicate one car crossed into the oncoming lane, triggering the collision. While the cause remains under examination, authorities have temporarily suspended the driving licence of a man in his 60s. Significant material damage to the vehicles is reported. A fourth car avoided involvement in the crash.
