Tymur Tkachenko, of the capital’s military administration, reported the revelation of a fourth victim following initial reports from the Ukrainian State Emergency Service on Sunday of three deaths. Russian strikes caused damage in fifteen locations across five Kyiv districts, including direct hits on residential buildings.
Emergency services recovered the body of a young girl from the rubble of a five-story residential building in the Solomiansky district. Two other individuals died at a cardiology institute within the same district. A school roof in the Darnytsky district also caught fire, with firefighters battling the blaze.
Mykola Kalachnyk, head of the regional military administration, stated that the attacks left 27 people injured in various locations throughout the Kyiv region.
