Woman Charged in NYC with Triple Homicide After allegedly Drugging Men with Fentanyl,Then ‍Robbing ⁣them

New York,NY – ‌A 36-year-old woman is facing multiple homicide ‌charges and robbery accusations in a ⁢disturbing case unfolding in New York⁣ City.⁣ Tabitha Bundrick is accused of systematically drugging unsuspecting men with fentanyl, then robbing them while they were incapacitated,a scheme that authorities say resulted in the ⁢deaths of three individuals.

According to a formal indictment unsealed ‌Wednesday,Bundrick allegedly targeted men between April 2023⁣ and February‌ 2024. The accusations detail a chilling pattern of deception⁣ and exploitation, outlined in court documents⁤ obtained by NBC‌ News.

Prosecutors allege Bundrick would approach men, frequently enough under the guise ⁢of offering services ‌- in one instance, selling soap – before offering sex in exchange ⁤for money. She would then lead them to an empty apartment ‌where she allegedly provided them with‍ what she claimed was cocaine, but was actually laced with the⁣ deadly opioid fentanyl.

The first⁤ documented incident occurred on‌ April 30, 2023, in Washington Heights. ‍One man awoke to find‍ his ⁤companion, 42-year-old Mario Paulran, dead beside him. The surviving victim reported memory loss and the disappearance of⁤ his phone and other personal belongings. Authorities ⁤claim Bundrick ⁤subsequently used the stolen cell phone.

Similar incidents followed. On September 27, 2023, Miguel⁤ Navez, 39, was allegedly given the same fentanyl-laced⁣ substance at ⁤an apartment in West 158th St.‌ His⁣ brother discovered him ⁣dead three⁢ days later, with numerous items missing.

The ⁣most recent alleged‍ crime occurred ⁣on February 25, 2024, when Bundrick is accused of following 34-year-old Abrihan Fernández to his apartment in Upper Manhattan. After allegedly administering drugs ‌to Fernández, ⁤she was seen leaving the building with several large bags, including the ‌victim’s‍ backpack. Fernández’s credit card was reportedly used in the days following the‌ incident.

Bundrick remained at large⁢ for over ⁤a year before being arrested in early March⁤ on unrelated theft charges.⁤ A subsequent search of her residence ‌allegedly uncovered four ‌pairs of shoes belonging⁢ to the victims.

“This callous behavior allegedly resulted ⁤in the deaths of three⁣ people,” stated Manhattan District Attorney Alvin bragg in a press release. “As alleged, each incident was calculated: Tabitha Bundrick brought fentanyl to incapacitate her ⁤victims ‌and then‌ steal their belongings. As ‍an inevitable result⁣ of our diligent inquiry, she now faces serious charges.”

The case‍ highlights the devastating consequences of fentanyl poisoning and the vulnerability of ⁢individuals exploited through deceptive practices. Bundrick faces ⁤meaningful penalties if ⁢convicted.
