Typh Barrow Announces New Album, Tour Dates Following ‍Creative Shift

Belgian‌ singer-songwriter Typh Barrow is embarking on a new ⁣creative era with the⁢ upcoming release of her album in 2025 and a six-city tour kicking off​ in April. The proclamation⁣ marks a departure from Barrow’s previous “Piano/Solitude” ‍approach, embracing external collaborations -​ notably⁤ with Benoît ‌Leclercq of the ⁣Delta duo – and a renewed ⁤artistic vision.

Barrow, a mother of a two-year-old, intends to surprise audiences while remaining true‍ to her established sound. Promotional photos, signed ⁣by Romain Garcin, reflect this⁣ desire for ​emancipation, and a music video for her new single, Close To Me, is currently ​in⁢ production. “Je does not deny anything of what ​I did but I want to move forward,” Barrow stated, adding, “J’wanted to come back with⁣ something that would both surprise people ‌and simultaneously occurring not‍ to lose them in relation to what ​they already knew about me.

The tour dates are‌ as follows: April 7⁣ & 8 at the Forum de Liège, April ‌14 & 15 at the Royal Theater of Mons, and April 21 & 22 at the Cirque Royal in ‍brussels. Further dates are expected to be ‌announced.
