RFK Racing Taps Chip Bowers as New Team President
CONCORD, N.C. – RFK Racing announced today the hiring of Chip Bowers as its new president, bringing extensive experience from across professional sports to the NASCAR team. bowers will be responsible for unlocking new business opportunities, enhancing the fan experience, and solidifying RFK Racing’s position as a leading brand within the industry.
The appointment comes as RFK Racing experiences significant growth and aims to establish itself as a thought leader in NASCAR. Bowers’ arrival signals a commitment to strategic innovation and expansion, impacting the team’s commercial partnerships, overall operations, and fan engagement strategies.He will work closely with drivers, partners, and NASCAR officials to drive these initiatives forward.
Bowers joins RFK Racing after serving as president of Elevate, where he oversaw global expansion, including the opening of four international offices. His resume also includes senior leadership roles with prominent organizations such as the NBA’s Golden State Warriors, orlando Magic, and Seattle SuperSonics; MLB’s Miami Marlins and San diego Padres; and the WNBA’s Seattle Storm.
