New Match Added to WWE NXT No Mercy Card
A new championship contest has been confirmed for WWE NXT No Mercy on Saturday, September 27, adding further intensity to the premium live event. Ethan Page will now defend his NXT North American Championship against Tavion Heights in a match stemming from their ongoing rivalry.
The bout was officially announced during Tuesday’s NXT Homecoming special after Damian Priest revealed he had secured the opportunity for Heights with NXT General Manager Ava. This follows Heights’ victory over Page in a flag match on the September 9 episode of NXT television, continuing a heated feud between the two competitors.
Currently, four title matches are scheduled for No Mercy:
* NXT Champion Oba Femi (or Trick Williams) defends against Ricky Saints
* NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne defends against Lola Vice
* NXT North American Champion Ethan Page defends against Tavion Heights
* WWE Women’s speed Champion Sol Ruca defends against Candice lerae or Lainey Reid
