Isabelle Nanty Recovering After A10 Highway Accident, Jean-Paul Rouve Shares Positive Update
Friends of actress Isabelle Nanty are reporting “reassuring” news following a serious traffic accident on the A10 motorway last Friday, September 13th. The 63-year-old, known for her roles in the Tuche saga, Asterix & Obelix: Cleopatra mission, and Amélie Poulain’s fabulous fate, sustained injuries including three broken ribs and a concussion, but is reportedly on the mend.
The accident, which involved a rental van driven by a private driver, initially sparked concern with early reports suggesting potential injuries to the ribs and vertebrae. However, jean-Paul Rouve, Nanty’s co-star in the Tuche films, offered a hopeful assessment to Le Parisien on Monday, September 15th, stating, ”It’s okay, everything is fine, phew, it just has to rest and rely.” Other close sources have confirmed to the publication that “She’s fine.“
Nanty was hospitalized in Clamart, Hauts-de-Seine, after the van veered off the road near Saint-Arnoult while traveling towards Paris. Authorities are still investigating the circumstances of the incident, but initial findings indicate Nanty was not driving at the time of the crash. The actress is expected to focus on rest and recovery.
