Love is in the Meadow” Farmer Reacts to Romantic Letters

“Love is in the Meadow” Farmers React⁢ to ​first Letters – and the Humor is Flowing

Brussels, Belgium – The hopefuls on RTL-TVI’s Love is in the Meadow have received⁣ their ‌first batch of letters from potential suitors, and the reactions are already proving entertaining. Following the show’s premiere introducing this season’s ten farmers, including returning contestant Maria Del Rio, Florent, a farmer from Chimay, was the⁣ first to dive into his mailbag.

But it was 26-year-old William, from Villers-la-Ville, who quickly stole the show with his unfiltered commentary. Upon reading a letter from Alizée, a sporty young ​woman, William⁤ quipped, “It’s good she’s⁣ sporty. The‌ day she has children,‌ she‌ won’t turn into a barrel!” He ⁤continued, playfully exaggerating the realities of parenthood: “They’re all energetic when ​you take ​them, ⁢then they just sit ‌and eat chips in ‍front of the TV. It wears you out.” He quickly ‍added with a laugh, “I’ll take care of the little one!” – ⁢a comment that drew amusement from fellow singles Wendy and Florent.

William’s humorous streak continued as he reviewed further correspondence. Reading a letter from a woman who expressed lost ​confidence in love due to a past relationship, he joked, “she won’t get anywhere with me,” before quickly softening his tone. “she’s already suffered in the past. I don’t ⁢want ⁤to make her ‍suffer. She seems like a good girl… I don’t want to break her little⁤ heart.”
