Black noir Joins the Cast of ‘Gen V’ Season 2 in New Teaser
A new teaser for the upcoming second season of Amazon Prime’s “Gen V” reveals that Black Noir, a member of The Seven from “The Boys,” will appear in the series. The clip, released September 9, 2024, follows a previous teaser focusing on the season’s central plot and the return of Starlight.
“Gen V,” a spin-off of the critically acclaimed “The Boys,” is set at Godolkin University, the only college exclusively for young superheroes. The show explores the moral compromises thes students face as they compete for top rankings and the opportunity to join The Seven,Vought International’s elite superhero team. Season one culminated in a devastating confrontation revealing a secret prison for supes on campus and a violent arrival by Homelander.
Amazon Prime describes the series as a story where, “When the school’s dark secrets come to light, they must decide what kind of heroes they want to become.” Season two will directly connect to the fifth and final season of “The Boys,” picking up after Homelander’s takeover of the United States.The second season of “Gen V” premieres September 17 on Amazon Prime, with weekly episode releases.
