APS3 is a rare autoimmune disorder affecting multiple endocrine glands, in Fantin’s case impacting her thyroid and adrenal functions. The condition caused meaningful metabolic disruption, resulting in the ample weight gain, fatigue, and other symptoms that initially baffled doctors. “It was a vrey difficult time,” Fantin stated to Gshow. “I felt like my body wasn’t mine anymore.”
