UAE President & Saudi Crown Prince Discuss Regional Stability & Cooperation
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, met with His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, in Riyadh too discuss strengthening the brotherly relations and strategic cooperation between the two nations.
The leaders addressed a range of regional and international issues, with a particular focus on developments in the Middle East, including the situation in the occupied Palestinian territories and the associated humanitarian concerns. Both emphasized the importance of establishing stability, security, and lasting peace in the region through a complete and just “two-state solution” that benefits all peoples and countries.Prince Mohammed bin Salman hosted a luncheon in honor of President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed and his delegation.
The UAE delegation included: Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi and National Security Advisor; Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the Presidency Bureau for Special Affairs; Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin tahnoun Al Nahyan, Advisor to the President; ali bin Hammad Al Shamsi, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of National Security; Muhammad bin Hassan Al Suwaidi, Minister of Investment; Ahmed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Head of the President’s Strategic Affairs Office and Head of the Abu Dhabi executive Office; and Sheikh Nahyan bin Saif Al Nahyan, UAE Ambassador to Saudi Arabia.
The Saudi side was represented by: Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy; Prince Abdul Aziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior; Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of National Guard; Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense; Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs; and Dr. Musaed bin Muhammad Al-Aiban, Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet, and National Security Advisor.
President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed departed Riyadh, where he was personally seen off at King khalid International Airport by Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
