Stony Brook Women’s Tennis Announces Fall 2025 Schedule
stony Brook, NY – Head Coach Thiago Dualiby has announced the Stony Brook women’s tennis team’s fall 2025 schedule, kicking off with the Columbia invite in Manhattan on September 12. The schedule features four tournaments and concludes with a home match at University Courts.
the fall slate is designed to prepare the Seawolves for regional competition. “We are playing a strong slate of teams to prepare us for regionals this Fall, starting with the Columbia Invite on September 12th,” saeid Dualiby. “I’m looking forward to seeing the work everyone put in during the summer in action and am excited for our newcomers competing as Seawolves for their first time.”
The Seawolves will begin their season at the Columbia Invite from September 12-14, followed by the Hofstra Invite in Hempstead from September 19-21. In October, Stony Brook will compete at the Fordham Invitational (October 3-5) and the ITA Northeast Regionals hosted by UPenn (October 9-14).The fall season will conclude with a home match against Stonehill on October 18.
Stony Brook finished the 2024-25 season with a 10-10 record, marking their first .500 or better season as 2022-23.The team ended the year on a six-match winning streak,their longest since the 2018-19 season,outscoring opponents 29-10 during that stretch.
The 2025 roster includes seven returning student-athletes, including All-CAA Second Team selection Mia Palladino, and welcomes three newcomers.
