Colorado Book Awards Celebrate Literary Excellence Across Diverse Genres

Denver, CO – The Colorado book Awards celebrated a vibrant spectrum of literary talent last weekend at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House, honoring outstanding works from across the state. The prestigious awards, sponsored by Colorado Humanities & Center for the Book, followed a keynote address by Ryan Warner, senior host of colorado Matters on Colorado Public Radio.Among the distinguished recipients was David wroblewski, whose novel “Familiaris” garnered attention, having also been selected for Oprah’s Book Club in 2024. The collection “Four corners Voices,” edited by Chuck Greaves, Lisa C. Taylor, and Mark Stevens, was recognized in the Anthology category, showcasing literary contributions from the four Corners region.

The awards spanned numerous categories,highlighting the depth and breadth of Colorado’s literary landscape.
