Heated Exchange Erupts Amidst Neighborly Intervention
A medical professional, known for his viral online commentary on health matters, found himself at the center of a public confrontation regarding a custody dispute with his daughter’s mother.
Custody Dispute Boils Over
Dr. **Ignacio Ponce de León**, an emergency physician at Gustavo Fricke Hospital in Valparaíso, became embroiled in an altercation with his child’s mother and her supportive neighbors. The doctor claims he has been unable to see his daughter due to the mother not adhering to a weekend visitation agreement.
When confronted, Dr. **Ponce de León** began recording the incident on his phone, stating, “All the neighbors are here, because they are going out to auxiliary…”
His recording was met with resistance from a neighbor who demanded he leave private property.
The neighbor stated, “You are in private property and we want you to go.”
Dr. **Ponce de León** defended his presence, claiming the neighbor had threatened his vehicle. “You threatened to crash, you threw my truck back, because you told me ‘I want Sair’, I ran and there you have the exit,”
he retorted in the video.
The doctor further elaborated on the financial aspects of the dispute, suggesting disparity in income. “Instead of taking advantage of my daughter… if my daughter got off and she took her, the one that receives a million pesos per month and I shouldn’t be here, because she had to visit,”
he stated.
Accusations of Deception

The footage of the confrontation has since gained significant traction on TikTok, amassing over a million views. This incident highlights the increasing public nature of personal disputes, amplified by social media.
