Tourist Cylinder Suspected Cause

A fierce gas explosion ripped through an apartment in Warsaw’s Przymieniecka Street late yesterday, leading to a fatality. Firefighters arrived on the scene after 5 PM to find thick, black smoke billowing from a third-floor window.

Dramatic Rescue and Tragic Outcome

Crews were immediately dispatched to combat the blaze. They forced entry into the affected dwelling and successfully evacuated one individual from the building.

Investigation Points to Leaking Cylinder

Inside the apartment, firefighters discovered a gas tourist cylinder. The cylinder itself had not exploded, but its valve had been unscrewed, strongly suggesting it was the source of the gas leak.
