Beijing, China – June 28, 2025 – The Vulcan team from Tsinghua University emerged as champions at the 2025 RoBoLeague Robot Football league (“Jiangshao”) finals, held at the Beijing Smart E-sports Event Center in Beijing Yizhuang [1]. the three-hour competition showcased the latest advancements in AI-driven robotics and marked a significant milestone in the development of humanoid robot technology.

RoBoLeague Showcases Cutting-Edge AI in Robot Football

The event, guided by the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee, was co-organized by Shangyicheng Group and Beijing Accelerated Evolution Technology Co., Ltd. This year’s “Jiang Super” served as the inaugural test match for the 2025 World Humanoid Robot Games and the first domestic robot football 3v3 AI game.

They delivered a captivating fusion of technology and sports for both on-site and remote viewers.

The Finals: Vulcan vs. Shanhai

The competition commenced at 18:30 with the vulcan team facing off against the Blaze lightning Team, resulting in a 9:3 victory for Vulcan. Afterward, the Shanhai Team and Power Intelligent Team demonstrated their skills, with Shanhai securing a 4:2 win in the second stage.

The final showdown featured the Vulcan team and the Shanhai team. After a tense battle, the Vulcan team clinched the championship with a final score of 5:3.
