Takeda Seeks Regional Business Manager for Rare Disease Portfolio in Texas

Takeda Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Regional Business Manager (RBM) to focus on lysosomal Storage Disorders (LSD) in the Dallas/Austin,Texas region.This role requires a candidate with strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a passion for rare diseases. The RBM will be responsible for driving sales goals, building relationships with healthcare providers, and educating them on Takeda’s LSD portfolio, which includes treatments for Gaucher Disease and Hunter Syndrome (MPS II).

Responsibilities and Key Objectives

The regional Business Manager will be at the forefront of Takeda’s efforts to raise awareness and improve the diagnosis and treatment of rare metabolic disorders. Key responsibilities include:

Compensation and Benefits

Takeda is committed to equitable pay and clear pay practices. The estimated hourly wage range for this position in the U.S. is $70.00 – $96.25. the actual hourly wage offered may depend on various factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.

U.S.-based employees might potentially be eligible for short-term incentives, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits.
