Al-Marsad newspaper: The meteorological spokesman, Hussain Al-Qahtani, said that the atmosphere of the Kingdom has not yet entered the cold spells, in which temperatures drop below zero.
He said during his talk with Al-Ikhbariya channel: “We are still recording temperatures, from two degrees Celsius to 3 degrees Celsius, and of course usually the northern regions of the Kingdom are the lowest areas, especially Turaif, Qurayyat, i northern borders and the heights of Tabuk”.
Responding to the announcer’s question: “Will this year’s winter experience historic low temperatures or are any expected?” The forecaster said: “Preliminary information, according to climate reports, points to decreasing temperatures, but the process of estimating or the extent to which minimum temperatures are recorded depends on expectations.” Monitor the climate during the winter.
