Thierry Hégay, the sub-prefect of Thionville, leaves the second city of the Moselle. He was appointed, following the November 23 Council of Ministers, prefect in charge of a public service mission under the government. He will soon assume his functions at the prefect of the Occitania region, as prefect in charge of the “bear” subjects in the Pyrenees massif. Thierry Hégay arrived in Thionville in September 2019 , until then sub-prefect in Cambrai (North). He was in particular deputy of the prefect of police of Marseilles, sub-prefect of Mantes-la-Jolie and general secretary of the prefecture of Seine-Maritime, in Rouen. It is not yet known who will succeed him. At the same time, the General Secretariat of the sub-prefecture of Thionville registers, at his head, the arrival of Stephanie Carlig.
