61st Golden Bell Awards: Forgot to Remember wins six trophies, ELLE says
At the 61st Golden Bell Awards held on October 26, 2026, at the Taipei Music Center, the television film Forgot to Remember led all winners with six trophies, while The World Between Us II claimed the top prize for best drama series, ELLE reported.
The World Between Us II Wins Main Drama Category
The World Between Us II repeated the success of its predecessor by taking the main dramatic category, matching the feat of the 2019 original. Producer Lin Yu-ling noted during the acceptance speech that astrologer Tang Chi-yang pointed to the period as an ideal time for reflection, recommending viewers revisit the production on streaming platforms, according to Yahoo News.
The acting categories featured close margins adjudicated by the jury.

In the Best Actress contest, veteran performer Yang Kuei-mei defeated co-star Hsieh Hsin-ying by a single vote for her work in The World Between Us II. Tsao praised Yang’s command of the environment and her layered performance as a hardened southern politician, while also acknowledging Hsieh’s internal restraint in portraying grief, as reported by Star News.
Supporting categories brought long-awaited milestones. Yang Kue-ning secured his first competitive victory after six nominations, winning Best Supporting Actor for Incarcerated Men’s Prison Life. Tsao remarked that Yang’s portrayal of a gang leader drew stylistic comparisons to Marlon Brando’s presence in The Godfather. Meanwhile, Hsieh Chin-hsuan won Best Supporting Actress for Floating in Love, marking her first victory in 12 years, and Tsai Chiao-fei received the Best Newcomer prize for If I Didn’t See the Sun, as detailed by Central News Agency via Storm Media.
Veteran Actors and Child Performer Win Acting Awards
The mini-series and television film categories brought recognition to veteran actors and compact narratives. Additional acting winners included Tang Tsung-sheng for My Yang-Guo Grandpa and Chang Shih-ying for Success Road, alongside nine-year-old child actor Lung Bu-hsi, who won Best Newcomer for House with No One.
