365.bank to Merge With ČSOB by November 2026
365.bank will legally merge with ČSOB on November 1, 2026, consolidating approximately 1.4 million clients and shifting the acquired brand into ČSOB systems next year, Živé.sk reported. The consolidation will make the combined entity the second-largest bank in Slovakia by customer count, according to the published corporate announcements.
The brand integration will happen in phases rather than overnight. While the legal merger takes effect on November 1, 2026, current accounts, debit cards, mobile applications, and internet banking services will continue to function under their existing configurations for the immediate future. Technical migration into the core infrastructure of ČSOB is slated to occur throughout the following year.
Corporate communications on social media channels confirm that the 365.bank name will eventually leave the market entirely. Physical infrastructure is already shifting to reflect the consolidation. 365.bank has begun scaling back parts of its proprietary ATM network and relocating select branch locations directly into existing ČSOB facilities. In parallel, clients of 365.bank have gained fee-free access to ČSOB automated teller machines under parity terms.
Customer benefit programs are also winding down ahead of the legal transition. The 365.Gopass loyalty program, which provided cardholders with structured discounts and perks, concluded its run at the end of September. Meanwhile, the corporate structure surrounding Postová banka is set to persist under its established brand name as an organizational branch of ČSOB.
Account Holders Await Migration Details Before November Merger
A definitive timeline for the final phase—when the remaining 365.bank digital interfaces and physical branding vanish from the marketplace—has not yet been released. Account holders are not required to execute immediate administrative steps regarding their existing payment cards or account numbers prior to the November legal merger date, though notifications detailing subsequent account migrations will be distributed ahead of the technical cutover.
