Jiangsu Animation Industry gains Momentum with 2025 “Golden Jasmine” Venture Capital Event
NANTONG, Jiangsu Province – Seventeen animation projects were presented at the 2025 “Golden Jasmine” Audiovisual Forum Animation Venture Capital Event, aiming to boost the quality adn advancement of Jiangsu’s animation industry and offer a model for national growth. The event, which began this year, has quickly become a important platform for the sector.
Suzhou Tiemi Technology Co., Ltd. showcased “Su Chaoxing,” a cartoon project leveraging the unique characteristics of 13 Jiangsu cities. The animation features Q-version characters representing local specialties and landmarks like Xuanwu Lake and the Humble Administrator’s garden, intending to educate young audiences about Jiangsu’s culture and regional identity. “The biggest feature of the animation ‘Su Chaoxing’ is that different cute characters are designed based on the special food of 13 cities,” explained Wu Shiting of Suzhou Tiemi Technology Co., Ltd.
Senior directors, screenwriters, and investment representatives from organizations including CCTV Sports Youth Center, Tencent Video Children’s IP Operation Center, and huaqiang fante’s “bears” team evaluated the projects, providing guidance and support.
Following expert review, “God of Joy,” “Hapi Father and Son,” “The Breeze Blows Through the Cicada Island,” “Demon Shoe Elf,” “Mi Sudududu,” and “Cloud Swan” were selected as finalists for the “Golden Jasmine” Excellent animation venture capital project.
Organizers anticipate the event will accelerate improvements in quality and upgrades within Jiangsu’s animation industry, providing a practical path for national development.
