Two Malayalees Arrested in international Drug Bust; Rs 21 Crore ‘Meth‘ Seized
New Delhi/Bangalore – A major international drug syndicate has been dismantled with the arrest of two individuals from Kerala in connection with the seizure of approximately Rs 21 crore worth of methamphetamine. The arrests where made in coordinated operations across Delhi and Bangalore, authorities confirmed today.The operation, led by a joint team, targeted a network involved in the trafficking of high-grade methamphetamine sourced internationally. The bust highlights the increasing involvement of Indian nationals in global drug syndicates and the growing demand for synthetic drugs within the contry. Investigations are underway to determine the full extent of the network’s operations, including identifying other key players and tracing the origin of the seized narcotics.
According to officials, the two Malayalees were key operatives in the distribution chain, responsible for managing logistics and coordinating deliveries.
