Nexon ‌Declares AI Era in Game Growth, ‍Lead by Intelligence Labs

SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA – Nexon ​is signaling a⁢ basic shift in game creation,‍ asserting that artificial intelligence is no longer a future prospect but a ‌dominant force in contemporary development. This declaration comes from Nexon’s AI Manager, Choi Ha-hyuk,⁣ and is backed by the company’s substantial investment in its dedicated artificial intelligence research center, Intelligence⁤ Labs.

The integration of AI isn’t simply about automating tasks; it’s ‍reshaping the entire game lifecycle, from initial concept to ongoing live⁤ service. Current research priorities include​ data learning utilizing large-scale language models (LLM), automated scenario ‌creation and conversational AI, multilingual simultaneous translation, ⁣and the rapid prototyping of production tools ‌via Model Context Protocol (MCP) research.​
