Leksands IF won against Modo Hockey J18

After victory at home with 5-4 (1-0, 2-1, 1-3, 1-0) after extra time, Leksand has now decided the match series against Modo Hockey J18 in J18 Men’s Round of 16. Leksand thus won the series 2-1.
Zaki Crookes struck at 9.27 into extra time and became the hero of the match with his 5-4 goal.
Leksand started the match energetically and took the lead immediately at the opening of the match. After only 1.51, Gustav Svedlund struck. After 11.44 in the second period, Milton Gästrin netted, played by Gustav Dahlin and equalized for Modo Hockey J18.
Leksand’s William Wiman made it 2-1 after 12.23 on a pass by Lukas Schünzel and Måns Dufva.
Rocky Langvardt also made it 3-1 after 18.22 played by Adam Lorentzi and Måns Dufva.
After 7.36 of the match, Rasmus Lindström Calland was able to make it 3-2 for Modo Hockey J18.
Leksand made it 4-2 through August Lissel after 14.56 in the third period and took a real hold on the match.
But Modo Hockey J18 stood for a great pick-up to 4-4 with two goals in just 0.44. Gustav Öberg Andersson made it 4-3 after 17.02 and Milton Gästrin completed the comeback after 17.46. In extra time, it took 9.27 before Leksand decided to 5-4. Big match hero was Zaki Crookes.
