Yaracuy State Hosts National Internal medicine Conference for the First Time
Yaracuy,Venezuela – The Yaracuy State is currently hosting the XV Days of the Venezuelan Society of Internal Medicine (SVMI),marking the first time the state has served as the venue for this key national medical event. The conference, running september 18-19, brings together health professionals from across the country for critical updates and training in the field of internal medicine.
This year’s event, themed “Medicine with scientific vocation and innovation in health,” is especially significant as it honors the contributions of specialist Dr. Lisbeth Prado and aims to bolster the national Public Health System through specialized knowledge sharing. The conference features presentations and workshops led by qualified specialists, focusing on the latest pathologies and treatment advancements. According to Gabriel Soto, president of the yaracuy chapter of the SVMI and the event’s organizer, “It is indeed a unique opportunity for the continuous training of our doctors and health personnel, allowing Yaracuy to position itself as a reference center in the medical update nationwide.”
