Tributes Pour In

Following the news, Wang Haowei, the author’s younger brother, shared the announcement on social media. The post, originally from Xu Huizhi of Lu Culture, noted that Wang Haoyi was born on October 22, 1956, and died on June 29, 2025. The announcement came at the family’s request.

“I received a call from Brother Haoyi’s family to tell me this message in the evening. A few days ago, when Mother Wang passed away, I received a call from Brother Haoyi. During the call, Brother Haoyi sobbed like a child. I felt his sadness, and a few days ago he was unwell due to cardiovascular problems, so I asked Brother Haoyi to be sure to be mournful and love himself. Tonight, Haowei told me that his brother and my friend Haoyi passed away, and my tears flowed out.”
