Human Remains Found at Church Graveyard
Anne-lise adn her daughter discovered a human femur while preparing to plant a self-watering pot on her mother’s grave at Hen Church. Initially mistaking it for a twig, they alerted the church guardian who confirmed it was a human bone.The church believes the bone may have been disturbed due to ground movement following the construction of a new church building in 2017, replacing one that burned down a few years prior. Anne-Lise described the experience as “goofy” but initially panicked, fearing it might be her mother’s remains.
