“10 Old Acquaintances. 1 Mole.”: First Look at ‘Who is De Mol?’ Jubilee Season
The anticipation is building for the 25th anniversary season of the popular Dutch game show Who is De Mol?, as Avrotros has released the first images on Instagram. The teaser prominently features the tagline: “10 old acquaintances. 1 mole.”
This special edition marks a quarter-century of deception and deduction, bringing back ten former participants to compete in the Netherlands’ most distrusting game. This year’s challenges will unfold in Portugal.
Avrotros is keeping the identities of the returning contestants under wraps, adding to the mystery. The anniversary season is scheduled to premiere weekly at 8:30 PM on AVROTROS on NPO 1, beginning Saturday, November 1st. The grand live finale is set for December 20th.
Viewers can expect eight episodes filled with the familiar challenge of identifying, questioning, and ultimately exposing the mole.Rik van de Westelaken will once again serve as the show’s trusted, yet enigmatic, guide. The 26th edition of the show will be slightly delayed due to the Olympic Games, now starting on Saturday, February 28th, 2026.
