Actor Yoon Jin-i revealed she reached a low weight of 44 kilograms, attributing the change to altered lifestyle habits, according to a recent YouTube broadcast and subsequent reports.
During a February 24th appearance on her YouTube channel, “Real Yoon Jin-i,” the actress stated, “Don’t I gaze a little thinner? I hit my lowest weight of 44kg with a tough diet, and now I’m at 45kg,” as reported by both Health Chosun and Kormedi. The revelation came as she discussed resuming public activity after a period of focusing on family life.
Yoon Jin-i explained that a key factor in her weight loss was cutting back on screen time and establishing an earlier bedtime. “I cut back on SNS and just focused on my baby,” she said, adding that eliminating electronic devices led to her falling asleep earlier. Sports Seoul reported she was going to bed between 9 and 10 p.m.
The actress also noted a shift in her social habits, recalling a period when she drank alcohol three times a week. Whereas her husband joked she would return to those habits without children, Yoon Jin-i affirmed her preference for her current lifestyle.
Beyond sleep, increased activity around the house contributed to her weight loss. Kormedi detailed how everyday chores like cleaning and dishwashing can burn significant calories – approximately 70-90kcal for dishwashing and 120-150kcal for vacuuming. Yoon Jin-i reportedly maintained her physique by actively moving around the house, including vacuuming.
The period of lifestyle change coincided with a pause in her YouTube activity, which she attributed to the demands of balancing childcare and work. She resumed posting content on February 27th, sharing updates on her daily routine, according to Kormedi.
