After a year and a half of work, Christian Frey, president of the union council, finally sees the end of the building site energy renewal made in his condominium located avenue Émile-Cossonneau, in Noisy-le-Grand (Seine-Saint-Denis). The four buildings in this 137-lot residence were built in the 1970s and hadn’t undergone renovations in more than thirty years.
