UFC Planning Las Vegas Campus Expansion With Potential WWE Space
UFC is incorporating its TKO stablemate WWE into upcoming campus master planning efforts in Las Vegas, according to comments made by UFC senior executive vice president and chief operating officer Lawrence Epstein to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The multi-purpose expansion targets roughly 35 remaining undeveloped acres surrounding existing company facilities.
Expanding the Las Vegas Footprint Under TKO
According to WrestlingNoticias, UFC controls approximately 70 total acres in the area housing its corporate headquarters, the Performance Institute, and the Meta Apex. With 35 acres still vacant, executive leadership is drafting a comprehensive footprint design.

According to Epstein’s interview with the Las Vegas Review-Journal, the master development plan will incorporate multiple commercial and entertainment verticals. “We’re currently in the process of developing a master plan for this facility, which will include hopefully a lot of things, including … a hotel, expansion with our TKO partner WWE, maybe additional collaborations with other sports and entertainment organizations here in Las Vegas,” Epstein stated.
WrestlingNoticias noted that while the two brands have engaged in cross-promotional efforts since the formation of TKO in 2023—including NXT Battleground hosted at the UFC Apex in June 2024—exact structural plans for a WWE installation remain undisclosed. WWE continues to maintain its corporate headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, alongside its developmental hub, the Performance Center, in Orlando, Florida.
Upgrading the Meta Apex for Multi-Event Capabilities
The potential integration of WWE infrastructure follows significant capital improvements to the Meta Apex facility itself. F4WOnline reported that the venue recently underwent extensive renovations to elevate its hosting capacity. The upgrades feature a retractable bleacher system expanding audience capacity to approximately 1,300 people, a second-floor mezzanine designed for roughly 90 guests, two state-of-the-art kitchens for modernized concessions, an improved grand entrance, and enlarged digital LED screens.

UFC President and CEO Dana White emphasized the venue’s operational versatility following the overhaul. “When you think about the arenas in Las Vegas, you got the T-Mobile, Allegiant, MGM, and other ones,” White said to Mick Akers of the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “There’s a new arena in town, and this is it. This arena can do anything. We can host anything here, from fights, comedy, concerts, tons of conventions that come in town. We’re capable of handling anything that comes our way.”
