The Court of Justice of the West African Economic Monetary Union, in accordance with article 12.5 of regulation n°01/2012/CJ of December 21, 2012, is organizing its 2023-2024 judicial start-up on December 20, 2023 from 10 a.m. during a public and solemn hearing at the seat of the said court, more precisely at the place of the memorial to the National Heroes in Ouaga 2000. Organized under the theme “the non-judicial activity of the UEMOA court of justice” , this judicial start will be the subject of an assessment of the institution’s activities for the year which is ending and the outlook for the new year which is opening.
