Key Changes & Rationale:
Streamlined language: Removed repetitive phrasing (“according to social networks” repeated multiple times).
Improved Clarity: Reorganized sentences for better flow and readability. Focus on Enrollment: The title and introductory phrasing subtly tie the authorization to the ”Program in September with university well-being” context.
Preserved Facts: All dates, numbers, legal references, and contact information remain identical to the original text.
Originality: The rewritten text uses different sentence structures and vocabulary while maintaining the original meaning and verifiable information.
Removed Redundancy: Combined similar concepts to avoid repetition.
