Potential candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria:
Significant Height: Currently measure over 185cm (approximately 6’1″).
Family History & height: Currently measure 175cm (approximately 5’9″) or more and have a father who is 185cm (6’1″) or taller, or a mother who is 170cm (5’7″) or taller.
Proven performance: have been previously selected for regional or prefectural-level basketball selection activities (such as District Coaching clinics or similar programs), demonstrating skill and potential recognized by basketball authorities. This selection is not limited to height-based assessments.
