Tulpa the Unseen Lover is an upcoming visual novel developed by a married couple of professional animators, following Nick, a 23-year-old manga artist who creates a tulpa inside his mind. The indie title features hand-animated Blender cutscenes and completely avoids generative artificial intelligence.
According to the official Steam store page, the narrative centers on Nick, a broke and isolated creator living in a foreign country who resorts to sheer imagination to conjure an invisible companion.
