Trump Administration Seeks Release of Epstein Grand Jury Files, Lawsuit Filed

Trump Denies Authorship of Controversial Epstein-Themed Note

Washington D.C. – Former president Donald Trump has publicly denied writing a peculiar note, reportedly found among documents related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The note, described in a wall Street Journal report, features a hand-drawn outline of a naked woman containing a typewritten message styled as an imagined conversation between Trump and Epstein. The alleged note, dated February 2025, includes a line stating “Enigmas never age” and concludes with “A pal is a marvelous thing.Happy Birthday – and may every day be another wonderful secret.” Trump issued a statement refuting the report, asserting,”These are not my words, not the way I talk. Also, I don’t draw pictures.”

The controversy surrounding the note emerges amidst heightened scrutiny of the Trump administration’s handling of Epstein-related files. This week has seen increased pressure from some of Trump’s supporters, who are demanding greater transparency and the public release of more documents.

The situation has led to calls for the resignation of Attorney General Bondi, who reportedly altered her stance on the disclosure of certain Epstein-related materials. Chad Bianco, a Republican sheriff and candidate for California governor, expressed disappointment with the president’s approach, telling BBC News that “millions” of Trump’s followers feel “talked down to like stupid children.”

In parallel, members of Congress are actively pursuing a “discharge petition” aimed at compelling Bondi to release a complete set of Justice department materials pertaining to Epstein. This bipartisan effort has garnered support from a diverse group of lawmakers, including Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene and Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
