Boerne, Texas – Former San Antonio Spurs star Tony Parker has listed his sprawling Texas estate, complete with a private waterpark, for $20 million. The 9 Rue Parker property, located in Boerne, offers a unique blend of luxury living and recreational amenities, attracting potential buyers seeking an unparalleled residential experience.
The 25-acre estate, designed by Keith Zars – known for his work at Six Flags Fiesta Texas - features a custom-built waterpark that Parker estimates would cost upwards of $40 million to replicate today, even if suitable land could be found. The listing comes as Parker spends increasing amounts of time in France, managing a professional basketball team and pursuing interests in the wine industry, leading him to seek a new owner to create their own memories at the property.
The waterpark itself required 59,000 man-hours to construct, utilizing 2,100 gallons of concrete and 13,000 pounds of steel. Beyond the aquatic centerpiece, the main residence boasts six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, alongside dual home offices, a library, a media room, and a meditation suite.
Interior features include a 1,500-bottle wine room with magnum storage, a barber studio, a chef’s kitchen, and a catering kitchen. Venetian plaster, travertine, and marble finishes adorn the home throughout.
“you can’t build this again for $20 million,” Parker stated. ”It would cost $40 million-plus today-if you could even find the land.”
Parker, who now divides his time between France and his basketball and wine ventures, expressed a desire to pass the estate on to someone who will appreciate it’s unique qualities. “We’ve made so many memories hear,” he said. “But I’m spending more time in France now. It’s time for someone else to make their own.”
