TOMAK: Save the Earth Regeneration – Free Epic Games Store Release & 25th Anniversary
The cult classic simulation game, “Tomak: Save the Earth,” has been re-released on the Epic Games Store as “TOMAK: Save the Earth Regeneration” on April 2, 2026, marking the game’s 25th anniversary. The game is available for $8.99 but is currently offered for free for a limited time until April 17.
The premise of “Tomak” centers around Evian, the Goddess of Love, who attempts to save humanity from destruction following the gods’ decision to destroy Earth due to human corruption. However, she is thwarted by divine opposition and finds herself existing as a disembodied head in a flowerpot. Players must nurture Evian over a three-year in-game period through conversation and care, attempting to prove the existence of true love to the gods.
Originally developed by the Korean company Seed Nine in 2001, and later ported to PlayStation 2 and Windows by Sunsoft, “Tomak: Save the Earth” gained notoriety for its unusual concept and became a cult hit both domestically and internationally. The game’s original title was “Tomag: Save the Earth.” Seed Nine later transitioned into Netmarble Monster in 2010.
The remastered version features updated high-definition graphics and a lyrical soundtrack, aiming to recreate the original’s unique and surreal atmosphere. The game offers a multi-ending system, with the ultimate fate of humanity – ranging from divine ascension to total annihilation – determined by the player’s choices and how they cultivate their relationship with Evian.
Kim Ken, the creator of “Tomak,” recently discussed the game in an interview with 4Gamer.net, also promoting his latest perform, “Mongil: STAR DIVE,” available on PC, iOS, and Android.
